This Bertazzoni Modern Series 60cm built-in electric oven offers a best-in-class cavity capacity of 76 liters. With its 11 functions this oven is ideal for mid-to low-temperature cooking, such as baking or recipes that require slow cooking, like casseroles. The non-convection mode is excellent for baking cakes, while the fan-assisted mode ensures even heat distribution on all five levels for roasting and baking with no flavour crossover. The infrared grill gives powerful searing and grilling over a large surface area.

The oven is easily managed through the clear full touch LCD display located on the black glass control panel which offers remarkable flexibility when choosing cooking modes. The Steam Assist function offers the possibility to combine traditional cooking functions with three different steam intensity levels: low, medium, maximum. This will grant more intense flavours and textures in your Baking and Roasting: meat, fish and focaccia will be crunchy outside and moist inside. The water tank is removable and can be refilled without interrupting the cooking programme. The soft open-and-close door is safe and easy to use, fitted with an elegant glass-finished handle. The door is triple glazed for safety and energy efficiency.
